How it works
- 1
Clip it on.
Clip the earpiece onto the little flap at the front of your left ear, so the gold contact sits against the skin, and bend the soft hook over the top of your ear. The cable runs to the controller in your hand.
- 2
Turn it up slowly.
Press power, then + until you just feel a light tingle where the contact sits. Press − any time.
- 3
Sit back.
Read, scroll or have your coffee while the timer runs. When it ends, unclip it and put it back in its pouch.

You know you should slow down
Breathe. Meditate. Put the phone down. You know the advice, and you've probably tried some of it.
The trouble is that sitting still takes practice, and the busy days are the first ones to skip it.
Most days run with a foot on the gas. Very little makes it easy to take it off for a few minutes.
Unhurry gives you a small, physical reason to stop. You don't have to be good at it.

What you get
- A gentle pulse at the ear.A soft clip with a small gold contact. You feel a light tingle where it rests, nothing more.
- You're in control.+ and − on the controller. Start at the lowest level and go up until you just feel it.
- Nothing else to buy.A rechargeable controller with its own small display and timer. One price, no subscription.

What it is, and what it isn't
Unhurry is a wellness device. It isn't a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or cure anything. We don't promise you'll feel any particular way.
What it does is simple: a gentle pulse at the ear while you sit for a few minutes. What you do with those minutes is yours.
If you live with a diagnosed condition, nerve damage or ongoing pain, please talk to your doctor. This isn't a treatment for it, and we'd rather tell you now.
Don't use it if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, or if you're pregnant. If you have epilepsy or a heart condition, ask your doctor first. Never use it while you sleep, drive, bathe or shower.

Questions
Is this a vagus nerve stimulator?
It's the same kind of device you've seen in the videos: a small clip at the ear, wired to a handheld controller. We sell it as a wellness device for a few quiet minutes, and we don't make claims about what it does to your nerves or your health.
What does it feel like?
A light tingle or tapping where the contact rests. You choose how strong it is, and you can turn it down or off at any time.
Does it hurt?
It shouldn't. Start at the lowest level and go up slowly. If it stings or feels uncomfortable, turn it down or stop.
Will it help my condition?
No. It isn't a medical device and doesn't treat any condition. If you live with a diagnosed condition, nerve damage or ongoing pain, please talk to your doctor.
Who shouldn't use it?
Anyone with a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, and anyone who's pregnant. If you have epilepsy or a heart condition, ask your doctor first. Never use it while you sleep, drive, bathe or shower, and never wrap the cable around your neck.
Will it stay on my ear?
The over-ear hook holds it in place while you sit. Ears vary, so if it doesn't suit yours, send it back within 30 days of delivery.
How long is a session?
You set the timer on the controller, up to 60 minutes. It fits into a coffee, a chapter or the end of the day.
How do I charge it?
With the charging cable in the box.
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order.
What if it's not for me?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
